AUSTIN, Texas, July 10, 2015.- The University of Texas at Austin and the government of Mexico have renewed and expanded an agreement that will deepen academic relations between the two. UT Austin President Gregory L. Fenves and UT System Chancellor William H. McRaven welcomed top Mexican officials to campus Thursday to sign the agreement.

According to the report, Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio experienced an average 1% decrease in condo sales between January and May 2015. While Dallas and San Antonio posted small annual gains of 3% and 6%, respectively, condo sales decreased 1% year-over-year in Houston and 12% year-over-year in Austin in the first half of the year.

San Antonio, TX.- July 7, 2015.- Condominium and townhome sales slowed in Texas’s major metro areas in the first half of 2015, according to the 2015 Texas Condominium Mid-Year Sales Report. Released today by the Texas Association of REALTORS®, the report shows that condominium (condo) and townhome sales in Texas’s four major markets remained relatively consistent with condo sales in the first half of 2014.
