Daniela Liebman, Mexican piano prodigy and Homero Aridjis, poet and Mexico Ambassador to UNESCO will be part of Americas Latino Eco Festival 2017

This year’s #DiscoverMiTerra BioBlitz, in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, commemorates the National Parks Centennial and will engage more than 400 fourth graders in an interactive biological survey of local surroundings.

DENVER, CO – September 10, 2017 – More than 300 prominent Latino-American leaders, activists, educators and artists from across the Americas representing conservation, the arts, education, science, policy, journalism and more will gather in Denver, Colorado from September 15-17 at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science to present and participate in the 5th Annual Americas Latino Eco Festival (ALEF). This year’s festival is themed People & Waters First: Ripples of Hope will honor the Colorado River and the country of Cuba.
